Live learning: Google Meet limit of 10 sessions per account now noted in the error message Issue resolved Better messaging
A customer reported they couldn’t set up their Google Meet sessions in a session series. Google Meet limits each Google account to setting up 10 Meet links at a time. To set up more, you need to use a different account.
The team reviewed the issue and added a clearer error message.
Live learning: Google Meet sends a single email notification as expected Issue resolved
A customer reported their learners were receiving duplicate notifications for live learning sessions that used Google Meet, and the duplicates caused confusion all round.
The team reviewed the issue and resolved it, so learners now receive a single notification about live learning sessions using Google Meet.

Live learning: updating existing events works correctly Issue resolved
Some customers reported inconsistent behaviour from live learning events when attempting to update the text fields. Changes that included special characters were not recognized.
The team reviewed the issue and addressed it. The CKEditor for text fields like event descriptions now handles special characters correctly, and you can update an existing event successfully.

Live learning: group restriction search function works as expected Issue resolved
Live learning allows you to limit access to sessions to named groups. A customer reported that the search field for learner groups was selecting only the first group shown.
The team reviewed the issue and corrected it, so the search function for groups works correctly and can select one or multiple groups from the list.
Live learning: assigned instructors can view sessions restricted to groups Issue resolved
When you restrict live learning sessions to groups, instructors and managers with instructor permissions can access the groups, when they are assigned to instruct the sessions.
A customer reported that their instructor could not access the session they were instructing and got an error instead.
The team reviewed the issue and identified the source to correct it. Those people assigned to instruct sessions can access the sessions even when sessions are restricted to specific groups.

Live learning: session attendance view works correctly Issue resolved
A customer advised LearnUpon that the Attendance status filter wasn’t working for sessions with registered learners. The team reviewed the issue and identified it. The filter now works correctly and shows learners in different statuses.
Courses: previewing a course’s knowledge check now works smoothly Issue resolved
Some customers reported that when admins were testing their courses' knowledge checks, they couldn’t progress to the next modules. The courses had sequenced content.
The team reviewed the issue and corrected it. When previewing a sequenced course, you can complete the course including a knowledge check successfully.

Content authoring: enrollment completion emails now display HTTPS links as expected Issue resolved Better messaging
A customer contacted LearnUpon because the completion notifications showed courses with launch and login links with HTTP rather than HTTPS. These links resolved correctly but looked out of date.
The team updated the templates for email notifications, so they now read HTTPS in the messages to learners.

Catalog: hover Enroll option now keeps learners on the catalog page Issue resolved
In the internal catalog you can hover or roll over a course to select the Enroll option.
A customer reported that selecting Enroll directed the learners to the Course details page, rather than enrolling the learners in the background, and staying on the catalog page.
The team reviewed the issue and corrected it, so learners can now enroll in a course and continue browsing the catalog.
Learner Home: for courses filtered on the home page, you can select View all and retain the filter Enhancement
Based on testing and customer feedback, LearnUpon is improving the way View all works on learners' Home page.
From Home, for Courses in progress and Courses not started, when learners select View all, LearnUpon opens My learning to display the filtered view - of courses at status In progress, or at Not started - by default, rather than showing all courses.
Previously View all opened My learning to show courses in all statuses, and learners needed to filter their courses a second time.
This change helps learners narrow their focus to the courses of most importance to them quickly and smoothly.
Mobile: SSO login is now available for mobile app users Enhancement
If your organization has set up SSO (Single Sign-On) for LearnUpon in the desktop view, it’s now available for the mobile app as well.
For portals using SSO:
- where the portal uses a login page, the page shows the SSO options
- where the portal has the login page turned off, users are directed to their identity provider (IdP) page to log in, to access the portal on their mobile device

Go1: info about refreshing tokens is now clearer Issue resolved Better messaging
Customers contacted LearnUpon when they couldn’t access Go1 to create courses and download them to LearnUpon.
The team reviewed and identified the issue. Periodically you need to refresh the token that confirms your integration is connected. The team updated the error message to provide steps so admins can refresh the token, and proceed to use Go1.

eSignature: one-time passcode (OTP) now works with re-versioned courses Issue resolved
Routine testing showed that when LearnUpon released its one-time passcode feature for eSignature, learners could no longer use the eSignature feature for re-versioned courses.
The team reviewed the issue and corrected it. For courses that you re-version and assign to learners, the learners can now use the OTP feature correctly - receiving a one-time passcode to confirm they are the correct learner, before entering their eSignature.

Enrollments and mark complete: admins setting learners from a different timezone as complete now see the correct time and date applied Issue resolved
A customer’s admin marking courses complete in bulk reported that the time and date that was recorded for marking learners as complete was incorrect.
For learners in a different timezone, their course could appear as complete the day before the admin actually marked them complete.
The team reviewed the issue and corrected it. When an admin marks a learner as complete, the enrollment shows the correct completion date for the learner.
See Enrollments: unenroll and set complete with bulk actions
Live learning with Zoom: attendance records are now case-insensitive, and count full attendance accurately Issue resolved
A customer reported that when using the Zoom for online sessions, their learners weren’t measured accurately if they dropped off the call and rejoined with the same email address entered as mixed case. The integration recorded firstname.lastname@yourdomain.com and Firstname.Lastname@yourdomain.com as 2 different attendees.
Learners were marked as absent, or did not meet the required attendance for the session as a result.
The team reviewed the issue and resolved it so the integration is no longer case-sensitive. The integration now treats the 2 example addresses as the same, and the learners' attendance is cumulative.

User management
Creating and managing users: onscreen controls now appear accessible instead of disabled Issue resolved
As part of ongoing work in the application, some toggles for features and options appeared in very pale grey color, as if they were turned off. This appearance suggested they weren’t available to use.
The team reviewed the issue and corrected it, so onscreen options and features appear correctly and available for admins to use.

Live learning: learners can view all the relevant and available sessions Issue resolved
A customer reported that some of their learners could view all 5 of the sessions in a series, while other learners could view and access only 3 of the sessions in the same series.
The team reviewed the issue and resolved it. All learners can now see all the sessions in a series.
