Live learning: learner re-registered to a session no longer sees an error message Issue resolved Better messaging
As part of routine testing, the team found that when you remove a learner from a session then register them again, the interface showed an error message. The learner was registered OK; it was the message that was misleading.
The team identified the message source and addressed it, so you can now cancel a registration, and register a learner again as required, without an error message.

Live learning report: improvements to live learning reporting for session series Issue resolved Enhancement
The reporting team have changed the Live Learning report so the data in your portal matches your exported reports:
- the Event Status column now automatically shows the correct status for both single sessions and session series.
- the logic now better handles learners with multiple enrollment attempts, ensuring the report reflects their actual progress
Previously, some learners appeared as Completed in the portal but Not Completed in Excel exports. The report was pulling in historical data and failed attempts alongside current progress. These changes fix those inaccuracies and ensure your reporting is reliable.
What you’ll now see:
- Consistency: The status in the Live Learning report on your screen will now stay in sync with the Export to Excel version
- Simplicity: You no longer need to use a separate Overall Event Status column for session series; the standard Event Status column now handles this automatically
- Future improvements: As LearnUpon moves this report to the new format, the report behavior will be explicit and intuitive to reduce any remaining confusion
