Social sharing: shared certificates include promotional links as expected on LinkedIn and X Issue resolved
As part of ongoing work, the team identified that posts by learners sharing their certificates on social media did not include promotional links, defined by admins for the portal. This gap affected customers who use social media sharing by learners as part of their marketing campaigns.
The team has corrected the issue so when learners share their successes through LinkedIn and X they can share a promotional URL defined in the portal.

Not Started courses show an expiry date correctly Issue resolved
A customer reported that learners with courses still Not Started were not shown the expiry date for the course, when the course owner set the expiry date using Expires X days after enrollment, rather than a fixed calendar date.
The team reviewed the issue and resolved it, so learners can now see their expiry dates correctly and manage their training time appropriately.
This issue was similar to one resolved in March 2026. This month's issue applied to Not Started courses only.

Certificate details moved up the course content details page Enhancement
As part of ongoing work on the learner experience, the team moved the section about certificates and credits, so they’re easier to find and use.
Certificates and credits now appear as the first item in Course details on a course page, with the options to Share and Download.

API service to delete group memberships changed to set defaults to FALSEIssue resolved Enhancement
As part of good practice, any significant automated action through an API should default to the safest result. For example, if an action can delete accounts or data, the default Boolean setting for the action is FALSE. A developer must change the default to delete accounts or data.
Recently a customer identified that one of the optional settings for deleting group memberships defaulted to TRUE, and could lead to losing accounts or unenrolling learners by accident.
The team reviewed the issue and changed the default setting. A developer setting up a process to delete learners from a group does not delete their enrollments by default.
