Learning Journeys: now available in your portal by default Enhancement
Admins with full portal permissions can now turn on learning journeys for a portal through Settings > Courses > General settings.
As LearnUpon expands the learning journeys feature, the team have moved the feature control into your portal’s Settings. You previously requested access through your Customer Success Manager.
Learning paths are no longer available by default for new customers. They are now available on request. Contact the Support team or your Customer Success Manager as required.
Customers currently using learning paths can continue to access them as before.

A customer reported that they could not generate questions with the AI exam question builder. The exam builder reported an error but provided no details.
LearnUpon uses MS Azure to process content and turn it into exam questions. The content was identified by our provider partner as potentially harmful.
The team has updated the messages you receive to identify when our partner can't process content based on their policy guidelines.

Courses: Skills page now displays a single breadcrumb as expected Issue resolved
As part of ongoing development, the Courses > Skills page displayed a second breadcrumb for the page, that wasn’t clickable.
The team reviewed the issue and corrected it, so navigation within Courses > Skills works correctly.

Live learning: RSVPs are now deliverable Issue resolved
One customer reported that learners sending RSVP confirmations to Live learning sessions received “message undeliverable” notifications. This issue stemmed from a poorly-formed reply-to address.
The team reviewed the issue and corrected it so the customer’s learners can now send RSVP confirmations successfully.

Catalog: deleted categories no longer return search results Issue resolved
As part of routine testing, the team found that in the Catalog, deleted categories could return course results when you replaced the category. The filter returned courses associated with both the new category, and the deleted category.
The team have reviewed the issue and corrected it, so the filter returns only content associated with the current category.

For courses that include a forum for discussion, learners can now access the forum from the course content details page. See the following screenshot for an example of the button.

Live learning: session emails go out in the correct languages Issue resolved
A customer reported that the notifications about sessions (registration and cancellation) were including languages other than their chosen template language.
The team reviewed the issue and resolved it. When you use a template for email notifications, it displays the correct language.

Gamification: a new learner now sees the correct number of points for their participation Issue resolved Enhancement
One customer reported that a new learner had points shown in their leaderboard, accumulated prior to their employment start date.
The team reviewed the issue and resolved it. The root cause was a time zone and calendar error.
