Learning journeys report: overview
Learning journeys let admins build a flexible, progressive series of courses for each learner, using branching logic based on custom user data and course outcomes.
For background see Learning journeys: overview and features
The report view options include:
- one row per journey: covers enrollment and completion counts, and a completion rate - a headline view
- one row per learner, per journey: shows the journey status and completion percentage for each learner, a count of completions agains mandatory courses, and any blockers to completion, with the node name and state
- one row per course per learner per journey: shows course status, start date and completion date for every course in the journey. This view is designed for audits, compliance requirements, and answering questions about individual learners
Every learning journeys report starts with a preview of 5 rows, so you can confirm you're finding and displaying the correct data, before you run the report.
This preview step to check your layout saves valuable time before running reports on large volumes of data.
