eCommerce
All eCommerce notifications require the eCommerce feature and a payment gateway set up in your portal.

- Purchase Confirmations (via store): turn on this option in eCommerce settings
- Bulk purchase email (via store): turn on this option in eCommerce settings
See Collection: eCommerce for the process to set up an online store.

These templates are available in all portals by default.

- Password Was Reset - confirmation sent after a learner uses Forgot password? from the portal login page
If your learners don’t need passwords - for example, your portal uses SSO - the support team can remove Forgot password? from your login page.
