Login and security features
Set up the ways your users log in securely, confirm their identity, and agree to terms for using the portal.
Set up usernames for login credentials, instead of email
By default, users log in to LearnUpon with their email address. However, you can assign users a username as a login credential in addition to their email. Speak to your Implementation Consultant about which option works best for your organization’s needs.
Manage large sets of data for new accounts, groups, or enrollments
You can create accounts and groups in batches.
Dynamic rules help you move learners into groups based on their email address or their custom user data.
Built-in data tools: downloading data from your portal
Sub-portals are additional portals linked to your first portal, aka your top-level portal. Sub-portals can carry the same courses as in your top-level portal through course licensing, or you can set up different courses in a sub-portal.
Reward learners for taking part in courses and keep them on track. Setting up gamification goes hand in hand with planning courses and learning paths.
Set up forums to facilitate discussion and help drive engagement from your learners by allowing them to collaborate within LearnUpon.
Associations offer 2 tools for professional and trades organizations:
- set membership types, so you can offer membership-based course prices
- record external training by learners, towards credits for continuing education or professional development
Learners can upload documentation for the external training events they attend, and can record their own learning credits.
Build an online store to sell courses to internal or external customers.
