Personalize learning based on performance.
Learning Journeys branching now caters to personalization that goes beyond opaque pass/fail/completion status. Rather than routing learners solely by completion status, you can now set condition nodes based on previous course score using distinct score ranges (e.g., 0%–70% and 71%–100%) to fast-track high performers or deliver targeted support to others. As soon as a learner completes a scorable course element, their journey automatically routes them into their tailored journey.

Connect Learning Journeys data to your existing tools.
Users can now track Learning Journey progress in real time directly within your HRIS, ERP, or BI tool of choice with our latest Webhooks 2.0 update. This release introduces dedicated webhook events for Learning Journey enrolments, completions, and blocked statuses, alongside enriched course-level events that now capture Learning Journey context. By replacing manual reporting with automated, programmatic syncing across your tech stack, you can monitor learner milestones and resolve blockers within your external systems as you transition to Learning Journeys.
Collaborate in Create+ without giving up control.
Assign review-only access to individual users, then add them to the course as a reviewer. This is a quick way to gather feedback from a subject-matter expert, a manager, or a client before you publish. You can also now tag collaborators and reviewers directly in the comments to spark action and identify where feedback is critical.

Identify and address skills gaps faster.
Expected Skill Inference automatically displays the skills learners need for their roles, helping managers identify gaps and guide development.
