New Course Experience for Learners
We’ve refreshed the learner’s course experience, launching a new, user-friendly design that makes it even easier for learners to navigate courses, recognize achievements, and keep learners engaged. This new course experience includes enhanced accessibility and celebratory course completion screens, making learning more rewarding and accessible for everyone. Updates to Learning Journeys
Managers can now enroll and unenroll learners as well as view Learning Journeys, empowering them to support their teams more effectively.
Enhancements
- Live Learning: Session & Event Duplications: Speed up the creation and scheduling process for Live Learning sessions by creating an exact copy of an event or session.
- Hubspot integration now available for US, EU, and AU: We’ve expanded our HubSpot integration to now support data hosting in all three regions.
- Enrolled courses in the new catalog: We’ve added enrolled courses to the new learner’s view of the catalog, with a filter to view courses by enrollment status.
- Report enhancements: Report owners can now create copies of saved advanced reports and admins can reassign ownership of saved advanced reports to prevent disruptions.

Important Updates

LearnUpon is retiring legacy instructor-led training (ILT) functionality. If you are currently using legacy ILT, we recommend that you migrate your settings and sessions to the new and improved Live Learning. After October 14, 2025, you will no longer be able to create sessions using legacy ILT functionality and there will be no further support. You can report on data from legacy ILT sessions until April 14, 2026. - Changes are coming to LearnUpon's learner interface, creating a revamped & unrivaled experience that will help to deliver your programs in a way that's (even more!) engaging and learner-friendly.
