Enhancements
- Learner self-marked attendance using QR codes: Reduce friction for learners to self-mark attendance for Live Learning sessions. A new setting is available for QR-code attendance marking, enabling learners to authenticate via a One Time Password (OTP) instead of having to log into LearnUpon.
- Include Learning Journeys in the Catalog: Enable learners to discover and self-enroll in Learning Journeys directly from the Catalog.

Important Updates
- Announcing transition from the legacy UI to the new Learner Experience. From December 12th LearnUpon will be moving customers to the redesigned learner experience. You’ll receive a direct notification from our team when your portal is scheduled to move, along with everything you need to prepare and access support. As we are moving customers in stages, some of your portals will switch between December 12th, 2025 and January 30th, 2026.
- Announcing transition from legacy reports to new and improved Progress Report. From January 30th, LearnUpon will be sayinggoodbye to some legacy reports. The Progress Report offers the functionality of these legacy reports — and much more. It is designed to give you greater flexibility, precision, and usability.
