Learning Journeys: Schedule Enrollments and Learner Experience Updates
We’ve made Learning Journeys more dynamic, enabling admins to schedule enrollments and specify delays between courses. You will be able to set unique enrollment dates by specifying fixed dates, delays after enrollment in a previous course, or delays after the completion of a previous course. Space out learning using staggered enrollment and custom progressions.
We’ve also improved the Learning Journeys navigation with clearer breadcrumbs and a simpler exit button, now learners always know where they are, and can leave a course when needed.
New Brand Management Options
You can now manage your portal branding and login screens directly in Customization. Create multiple portal brands, switch designs instantly for events or campaigns, and provide your learners with a tailored experience all from one place.
New Advanced Reports Scheduler
Save time and stay on top of learner progress. LearnUpon now lets you schedule advanced reports daily, weekly, or monthly, send them to users or any email address, and automatically send managers their personalized reports — all with precise delivery times and full timezone support.
Enhancements
- Map custom fields from HRIS to LearnUpon: We’ve expanded several HRIS integrations including HiBob so you can now map customized fields from your HRIS directly to LearnUpon custom user data. This includes support for unique fields specific to your organization.
- Enable Live Learning learner self-marking with QR codes: Track attendance for in-person sessions faster and easier. You can now enable learner self-marking with a QR code for in-person sessions, removing the need for manual sign-ins.
- Connect HubSpot Contact properties to LearnUpon: Connect HubSpot Contact properties to LearnUpon custom user data fields, syncing HubSpot Contact data directly to Learner profiles.
- Create HubSpot Contacts from LearnUpon: Use LearnUpon to create and track HubSpot Contacts. If a matching Contact already exists, LearnUpon won’t duplicate it, it simply links and syncs with the existing record.

Important Update: Move from legacy ILTs to Live Learning

LearnUpon is retiring legacy instructor-led training (ILT) functionality. If you are currently using legacy ILT, we recommend that you migrate your settings and sessions to the new and improved Live Learning. Make the switch to Live Learning by October 14, 2025 to ensure a smooth transition—before access is removed and your sessions are no longer available.
