Let learners download their own training history
When the training history feature is turned on, learners can download their own training history at any point, in PDF or CSV format.

To include external training history an admin must turn on the associations settings for the portal.

The following screenshot shows Download training history available to all learners.
Download your training history
- From main navigation go to My learning.
- Select Download training history.
- In the dialog that opens, from Download as:
- select one of PDF or CSV format
- use Date from and Date to select a date range
- Select Generate download link.
The following screenshot shows Download Training History before entering a date range.
LearnUpon generates a link to your file that is available for 15 minutes, to download to your own device.
