Set complete and mark complete: interchangeable terms
Admins and instructors can mark a learner's course as completed.
Availability: all customers
Marking complete means manually changing a learner's status on the course to Completed, Passed or Failed, as required. Set complete lets you change a training record on a case-by-case basis, without making the learner repeat a course.
Access permissions
- All admins: can change learner records
- Instructors: can change records for learners assigned to the instructor on a course. Instructors can't access learner records outside their assigned courses
- Managers with correct permissions: can change records for learners in their groups. This setting is available from managers' user profiles
