Summary
Admins can remove an assigned learning path from a group.
Learning paths are available to all customers.
Removing a learning path: effects on groups, learners, and reporting
This process removes a learning path from a group's assigned learning paths. It doesn't delete the learning path or its courses, and doesn't affect the group: it removes the assignment only.
When you remove the assignment, there's no record of the assignment for the group so LearnUpon has nothing to report.
The learners who finished the learning path, with a status of Completed, keep records of their courses in their learning history, but the record of the learning path disappears.
For learners at Not Started status, and those who at In Progress status, you choose either to let learners start and finish the path, or remove the path completely.
Broadly: letting users complete a learning path is less disruptive to learners. The record of their learning goes into the learning history. If you remove the learning path from users at Not Started and In Progress status, those users get no record of the time and effort they put into courses on the learning path before it disappeared.
