Use Process Builder to automate routine processes
The Process Builder lets Salesforce admins automatically create user accounts, invites, groups and enrollments in Salesforce and LearnUpon at the same time, without writing any code.
The first article is an overview of how the Process Builder works, and demonstrates using the 2 default templates provided.
These worked examples illustrate typical uses of Process Builder. They start with new or edited Salesforce records as a starting point to send invites, enroll users on courses and learning paths, and create groups.
This worked example demonstrates using 2 processes together: 1 invoked process that runs whenever you invoke it, and 1 process that does the invoking. You can use an invoked process over and over as a part of extended processes.
