Set courses as Sellable as you create them in the portal.
Availability: depends on your LearnUpon plan
When you set courses as Sellable, the courses appear immediately in the eCommerce platform in Draft status.
You complete each course's pricing and settings in the eCommerce platform.
Prerequisites
- Spree eCommerce platform set up and active
- published courses ready to sell

- admins with full portal permissions: can set up the eCommerce integration with Spree
Ask your Customer Success Manager to add the new eCommerce features to your portal. You set up each portal in your realm separately.
Make courses sellable
- From main navigation go to Courses > my course name.
- Select Sales.
- From eCommerce platform select Course is sellable?
- Save.
- Optional: select View on eCommerce to open Products > my course name immediately on the eCommerce platform, to set pricing and finish settings.

View and price courses in the eCommerce platform
- From main navigation select Go to eCommerce.
- Select Products to view the courses in your list of sellable items.
- Optional: use Filters to identify the courses in Draft status, or by Created at date.
- Select each course to review:
- Name, Description, Media
- prices in selected currencies
- membership pricing
- Optional: set Available On and Discontinue On as required.
- When each course is ready for sale, set its status to Active.
- Select Update to finish.
Confirm the courses are in your store
- Open a test learner account in a new browser window.
- From the learner main navigation go to the store, and view the products.
- Make sure all the course details appear as expected.
