Keep your learners and buyers synchronized
For the smoothest buying and learning experience, LearnUpon lets admins synchronize accounts between the learning portal and the eCommerce platform.
Availability of eCommerce powered by Spree: depends on your LearnUpon plan
This feature lets admins:
- set up existing portal users in the eCommerce platform quickly and smoothly
- start a new user account from the eCommerce platform, and create the user in the learning portal at the same time
This feature lets admins create accounts manually, to keep processes moving as required.
For example, if you receive orders in person or by phone, you can create accounts manually to complete the order and provide access to the courses and learning journeys.
Prerequisites
This feature:
- is available for the eCommerce platform powered by Spree only. It’s not available for the legacy eCommerce store
- requires an email address for new users
Access permissions
- admins with limited permissions: can synchronize accounts from LearnUpon to the eCommerce platform only
- admins with full permissions: can create new LearnUpon portal accounts from the eCommerce platform, and synchronize accounts from the portal to the eCommerce platform
Ask your Customer Success Manager to add the new eCommerce features to your portal. You set up each portal in your realm separately.
