Set up banners for groups
From your banner library, select banners to assign them to group brands.

Use the banners in your banner library to target messages to groups through their Home pages and their view of the catalog.
Set up to 5 banners to appear in a carousel on each page. You can set the carousel from 5 to 30 seconds view per banner, and learners can select the banners to view them again.
You can assign the banners for a single page - either Home or the catalog page - and leave the other page without customized banners. The portal’s default banners would appear in place of any customized banners, same as for non-group learners.

Prerequisites
This feature works as part of branding for groups. To use this feature your portal needs at least:
- 1 group set up
- 1 banner in the banner library available to assign to a group

Access permissions
- admins with full portal permissions: can set up banners and assign banners to groups
Assign a banner
Tip: test the view of the banners together with the time interval in a test group before assigning to learners.
- From main navigation go to Settings > Customization > Banner library.
- Select Assign banners to group.
- From Assign banners dialog, select one of your groups and select Jump to page.
- From the group page navigate to Group-specific banners.
- Select up to 5 banner names from the dropdown fields for Learner home, Catalog or both pages.
- Set Interval between each slide (in seconds) anywhere from 5 to 30.
- Save to finish.
