Set up and run legacy reports
Track your learners' activity and their training history.
Availability: all customers. Some report types are associated with features in your LearnUpon plan.

Note: LearnUpon can run legacy reports for up to 10,000 rows of data. If your report generates more than 10,000 rows, you can use filters to refine the report.

Get started
To see the legacy reports available for your portal:
- From the primary navigation, select Reports > + Create report to open the report type menu.
- From Legacy Reports, select a report type.
The reports you see depends on which features you have turned on.

Run a legacy report: Course modules example
Tip: Downloaded legacy reports are more complete and detailed than onscreen displays, with more columns of data. If you're new to reports, download samples of each report to find out what's available.
The Course modules report shows you all the learners enrolled on a specific modules, and their progress through the modules.
- From primary navigation, select Reports > + Create report.
- From Legacy reports, select Course modules report.
- Select your course(s) to include in your report .
- Select Run report.
After running the report once you can
- edit the filters to change the results, and select Run report to repeat the run
- select Reset filters to start over
- select Export to CSV or Export to PDF to download a complete report
- select Schedule to run the report daily, weekly or monthly. See Reports: schedule a legacy report
