You can help the support team help you - by providing details like identifiers for courses, enrollments and learners.
Almost every component of LearnUpon has a unique numeric identifier (ID). These IDs appear as part of the URL, in parts of the application.
When you submit a ticket, providing the correct identifiers for the support team helps speed up their review of your ticket towards finding a solution.
