The Early Adopter Program lets selected customers try out new and developing features.
During this development stage, the associated Knowledge Base articles about the features are available to customers through their top-level portal only.
You need to log in to your top-level portal’s Support area, as if to submit a support request, to access EAP feature articles. These articles change regularly as the feature moves through its phases of release.
See Find help: access the Support desk.
The Knowledge Base available online in the public domain doesn't include Early Adopter Program content.
