Potential block on the browser
If a user reports code appearing onscreen instead of the LearnUpon portal, the content that runs LearnUpon may currently be blocked on the browser or network.
This can happen due to a number of reasons, but ultimately the content used to run LearnUpon is being blocked by either the user's browser, or the user's network.
When this happens, troubleshooting steps include:
- Ensure that the user's browser meets LearnUpon's system requirements.
- If the user's setup meets all system requirements, this code can appear due to a network restriction in place. The affected user needs to coordinate with their IT team to ensure all the URLs are accessible on their network.
