Create+ turns your expertise into structured interactive courses in minutes
LearnUpon’s AI-first content builder, previously Courseau, lets you use your existing written and audio and video resources to assemble courses with interactive modules. You can start from content like documents, PDFs, slides, videos and audio files by uploading a file or adding a link to an online resource.
You can also use Create+ as your main authoring AI-supported authoring tool, using prompts and built-in layouts to draft course content.
After uploading your content, you can:
- set up outlines, lessons and exams
- manage the outline and the learning outcomes
- define the learner’s knowledge level and the tone of the course
- review the drafted content for accuracy
- publish the result as a SCORM module, marked Create+
Like other SCORM and Tin Can modules, you can reuse Create+ content across multiple courses.
When you add Create+ to your portal you receive a number of licensed seats for your portal, and an unlimited number of credits.
You assign the seats to the users in your portal who can create and edit course content. You can unassign and re-assign seats as required, to share a seat across a portal.
The following screenshot shows Create+ on the SCORMs and Tin Cans page.
Working with dynamic SCORM v 1.2
Create+ uses dynamic SCORM v 1.2 as the published file format. When you edit a course the changes are saved and published immediately, wherever the course is in use in your portal.
As a result, you don’t need to replace Create+ SCORM files to bring them up to date. You edit them to change and update their content. Editing lets you add new content as often as required and LearnUpon regenerates your course for you.
In the library you access the file through More (aka 3-dot menu) > Edit file.
To prevent changing your published courses, you can download the original course as a SCORM 1.2 static package, and upload it to LearnUpon. This step disconnects the SCORM from the course package in Create+.
Working with Create+ in LearnUpon, including copying and licensing
Currently Create+ is available for top-level portals only.
You can copy courses with Create+ content within a single portal.
You cannot copy a course to a sub-portal.
You can license courses with Create+ content to sub-portals. With licensing, the management of the course remains in the top-level portal, and the course is read-only in the sub-portal.
See Sub-portals: license a course
You must publish your Create+ content, to add it to courses in LearnUpon. You can’t add Create+ content in Draft status to a course.

- From main navigation go to Library > SCORMs and Tin Cans.
