Summary
Admins and instructors can mark a learner's course as completed, aka set complete.
This feature is available to all customers.
When you use set complete, you manually change a learner's status on the course to Completed, Passed or Failed, as required. This feature lets you change a training record on a case-by-case basis, without making the learner repeat a course.
Access permissions
Admins can change learner records freely without restrictions.
Instructors can change records for learners assigned to the instructor on a course. Instructors can't access learner records outside their assigned courses.
Managers with Can manually mark learners as complete enabled can change records for learners in their groups. This setting is available from managers' user profiles.
