Add MS Teams to your portal
Integrate LearnUpon with MS Teams accounts on behalf of your organization.
Availability: all customers
Note: For one-time setup, the MS Teams integration is only accessible from your yourportalname.learnupon.com URL. You can't set up the initial connection through your white-label address.
After setup you can create and manage MS Teams meetings from eitheryourportalname.learnupon.com URL or your custom URL.

Access permissions
- admins with full portal permissions: can set up MS Teams as an integration, and accept the terms and conditions on behalf of the organization
After setting up the integration, MS Teams is available for all admins, instructors and managers with instructor permissions to add to their portal, through their user profile. See MS Teams: set up or remove MS Teams in your user profile
MS Teams is available for top level and for sub-portals as required.
One-time setup for MS Teams as an integration
- From main navigation go to Settings > Integrations > Webinar Integration.
- From Add New Webinar Integration select MS Teams.
- From the integration page, select Continue.
- In the Microsoft Sign in dialog, enter your Microsoft Global Admin ID and password at the prompts.
- In the Permissions requested dialog:
- enable Consent on behalf of your organization
- select Accept to finish

When connected, the application returns to your LearnUpon webinar integration page, and lists MS Teams as an integration.

Remove MS Teams as an integration
You can remove MS Teams from the list of integrations if required.
Note: This step disables any integrations that use the MS Teams account.
- From main navigation go to Settings > Integrations > Webinar Integration.
- From the MS Teams card select More (aka 3-dot menu) > Disconnect.
- In the dialog that opens, select Yes.
