Summary
Set up location addresses for in-person training sessions, including timezones and details about venues. This information appears in a drop-down field, when you create an ILT module. See ILT: create live sessions.
Instructor-led training modules are available to all customers. Webinar integrations are available depending on your LearnUpon plan.
Prerequisites
You need to enable ILT modules in your portal before creating a session. See Instructor Led Training (ILT): overview to get started.
Add locations for ILTs
- From your dashboard go to Settings > Courses > ILT Session Locations.
- From the action menu select Add New Location.
- Enter:
- a location Name
- a Timezone: if you do not select a timezone, the default zone is UTC+0
- the location Address
- Select a Country: if you select United States, you get an additional State dropdown field.
- Enter any Additional Notes: transport details, building entry requirements, or local dining options.
- Save to finish.

Your addresses appear as a dropdown field. Select a location for the ILT session.
The following screenshot shows the Location field in ILT Session Details card.
Note: if you enable This session is a webinar for an ILT, the Location field is disabled.
