Enhancements
- Send notifications in multiple languages: Set up custom email templates in multiple languages, allowing emails to be sent according to each learner's language preference. Note: If you're currently using custom templates, you will be prompted to assign a language when you first access them.
- Streamline session creation and management for ILT Center users:
- Leverage added search functionality within the single-select dropdowns for locations, webinar accounts, and time zones when creating sessions, making it simple to search for available options during session setup.
- Make reviewing and updating courses with ILT modules simple, with the training overview now listing all courses, so it’s easy to identify where each training is included.
- Return date completed field for exams via the API: Return more information about exams via the API with the date completed field added to exam data search requests.
- Set user timezones via the API: Set user timezones via the API to ensure accurate display of time-related details, such as session times and due dates, across the platform, even if users don’t set their timezones manually.
