LearnUpon + HubSpot Integration Updates
We're excited to share the latest updates to our LearnUpon + HubSpot integration!
Previously, the integration was only available to HubSpot 'Enterprise' users. Now, all HubSpot customers on any paid plan can access LearnUpon's integration. This means that regardless of your HubSpot paid subscription level, you can use the LearnUpon and HubSpot integration to onboard, engage, and show off the value of your product, so your customers stick around for the long term.
With a new ‘Create user’ action available in HubSpot’s Workflows, you can create users directly, and leveraging data synced from HubSpot to LearnUpon, you can send an invite, organize them into groups, and enroll them in courses—all automatically, streamlining personalization at scale.
Enhancements
- Enjoy a more flexible, efficient live learning experience with several improvements to the ILT Center:
- For MS Teams integration users, we're enhancing attendance tracking to save you even more time. Now, if a learner joins a session using an alias email not found in the LearnUpon database, we'll automatically cross-check their unique MS Teams user ID, so you don't have to step in to correct it.
- Benefit from enhanced sort and search options on the ‘Unregistered learners’ tab with each training in the ILT Center, making it easier to manage large learner lists.
- Empower learners to easily discover and register for live sessions directly from the Catalog page: Accessed via a slide out panel, the ‘live sessions’ calendar is now available in the catalog, enhancing the overall learner experience and simplifying the registration process by allowing learners to register for a session and enroll in a course in one click.
- Automate (more) actions, let (more) data flow, and put (more) valuable time back in your team’s day with several powerful updates to LearnUpon’s API, described in the API guide:
