AI-powered assessments save you time
LearnUpon's powerful automation tool uses Azure OpenAI Service to generate exam questions and answers based on the learning content you provide.
Note: See LearnUpon's Supplemental Services Terms and Conditions about how LearnUpon uses AI tools.
Access to your LearnUpon data
AI-powered assessments can access only the data you enter for the purpose of generating questions.
You decide when to use the AI feature, and it accesses only data that you explicitly provide in a text box, to generate questions.
How Azure OpenAI Service uses the data you enter and share
The content you submit to the AI-powered assessments is shared with Azure OpenAI Service via secure HTTP request to their API. Only the text content that you copy and paste into the text box is shared.
Azure OpenAI Service does not use your content to train or improve their models.
Azure OpenAI Service stores your content for up to 30 days, to moderate any abuse and misuse. The data is deleted after that time.

How AI-powered assessments create questions and answers
Azure OpenAI Service technology uses algorithms focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand and interpret text much like a human.
By analysing your provided learning content, it interprets the key concepts and generates questions and answers based on these key points.
It's a sophisticated tool that can deal with a wide range of topics and subject matter.
Assessment result accuracy
Azure OpenAI Service has been trained on a vast dataset, including various educational resources. It’s designed to interpret and generate questions at a high level of accuracy.
However, LearnUpon recommends that you always review and edit the generated questions for accuracy, to ensure they align with your material and goals.
AI-powered assessments in languages other than English
AI-powered assessments can support multiple languages.
Azure OpenAI Service API is language-agnostic, meaning it can understand and generate text in various languages.
Note: accuracy can vary based on the specific language due to the variability in available training data.
