LearnUpon + LinkedIn Learning
We’re excited to announce LearnUpon’s brand new integration with LinkedIn Learning.
When connected, LinkedIn Learning’s content is brought directly into LearnUpon, where your admins can search and browse for the content. Then, in just a couple of clicks, they can pick the content they want, and add it to a course – ready for your learners to take.
For the learner, connecting these two solutions makes learning friction-free too. When enrolled and taking a course containing LinkedIn Learning content, they’re smoothly brought from LearnUpon to LinkedIn Learning, so they can easily access and complete their journey of skilling and development.
Enhancements
- Showcase your learning with the Public Catalog: Publish a catalog of courses publicly for visitors to browse prior to registering or logging in. Just one click and your Catalog is ready to start populating - no development needed. Offer free courses to your customers to drive engagement, retention and upsells, or use it as another channel to generate new customer, partner, or member leads
- Make tracking attendance from Google Meet and other platforms easy: Leverage the ILT session attendance roster to download a template, and upload attendance records to ILT Center sessions, to mark attendance for large numbers of learners.
- Track progress for all users with the LearnUpon + HubSpot integration: Automatically sync active users with existing HubSpot prospects and customers and leverage their learning data in your CRM.
- Report and analyze data with a new 'Learning Path' report type: Get insights on learner progress through Learning Paths within your portal on-demand, or delivered directly to your inbox. So you can see who's engaged, and critically, who isn't.
Important Updates
- Reminder: On July 1, Google’s standard Universal Analytics (UA) properties will stop processing data. To support the move, a new version of our Google Analytics integration is now available and supports tracker codes for Google Analytics 4 (GA4). With this new version you can track purchase events too, to measure sales on your site and get a complete picture of your sales funnel. (As of March 6, it is no longer possible to set up new UA tracking codes in LearnUpon. For existing implementations, we will maintain tracking of UA properties in our system until June 30).
- Reminder: Changes are coming to LearnUpon's user interface, creating a revamped & unrivalled experience that will help to deliver your programs in a way that's (even more!) engaging and learner-friendly. See Redesign Guide > What to expect next for more information on what’s changing. If you have any questions or would like to register your interest to get early access to what’s next, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Team.
- With the upcoming retirement of Salesforce Process Builder and recommendation for customers to transition to Salesforce Flow, we recommend that you migrate your setup to Salesforce Flow to continue to automate processes.
